Can I test the plugin before I pay for the subscription?

Yes, you can. Choose the number of sites and your subscription length, then complete your purchase. You’ll have a one-time 14-day free trial before your credit card is charged. If you decide during the trial that the plugin isn’t right for you, simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription. You won’t be charged.

Do customers need an email address to create an account?

No. A verified phone number can be the customer's complete account identity. Email is optional and, when supplied, must be verified before it can be used for OTP delivery or a one-time login link.

Can I build custom login pages with Page Builders?

Yes. Elementor, Bricks, Divi, and the block editor each get native "Phone Identity Form" and "Phone with Country Code" elements you can drag straight onto a page — no shortcode element needed. Prefer shortcodes instead? [pvpi_login], [pvpi_register], and [pvpi_account] work in any builder or theme. Login Styling panel exposes detailed controls either way.

Which WhatsApp and SMS providers are supported?

Currently, PV Phone Identity connects directly to Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for WhatsApp and to Twilio for both WhatsApp and SMS. Verified customer email can be configured as an additional fallback channel. Provider messaging fees and Meta template-approval rules still apply. We will be adding more gateways in the future.

What happens after my annual license expires?

Your existing configuration and phone-identity functionality keep working. A valid license is required to receive plugin updates, new features, and priority support.

Can I upgrade from Single Site to 3 or 10 Sites later?

Yes, you can upgrade your license at any time and only pay the difference.
