How are affiliate commissions calculated?
Choose net product revenue after coupons or the product prices saved on the order before coupons; both exclude tax and shipping. Use a percentage, fixed amount or both, then apply affiliate overrides or matching product rules. Refunds adjust commissions while preserving amounts already paid.
When does a commission become available for payout?
Online orders must have confirmed payment and a qualifying Processing or Completed status. Bank transfer, cheque and cash-on-delivery orders require Completed. Your withholding period must also end before funds become available. Other unqualified orders remain Pending; fully refunded orders are Rejected.
Can affiliates create their own branded links?
Yes. Active affiliates can create and manage branded referral links in their My Account dashboard. You control the allowed prefixes, and the plugin validates unique identifiers and same-site destinations. Standard ?ref= links remain supported.
Does it support multi-tier commissions and automatic payouts?
Yes. Configure up to ten recruiting levels, with each tier earning a percentage of the direct commission. For payouts, choose manual recording, PayPal Payouts or Stripe Connect globally and override the choice per affiliate. Provider accounts, credentials and supported currencies are required; Stripe transfers fund the connected account balance.
What happens after my annual license expires?
Your existing affiliate settings and core program functionality continue working. An active license is required to receive plugin updates. Updates and support are provided for the term listed with your plan.
Does it work with HPOS and sequential order numbers?
Yes. PV Affiliate Manager supports WooCommerce HPOS and legacy order storage. Reports display WooCommerce order numbers while calculations and payouts use stable internal order IDs. Numbering plugins that integrate with WooCommerce’s standard order-number filter are accommodated.
